How the Process Works

1st - Free 20-Minute Consultation:

We begin with an initial consultation to talk about what you’re looking for in therapy, your goals, and any questions you might have. I’ll also explain the approaches I use so you know what to expect.

2nd - Building Trust and Connection:

In the early sessions, we create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can speak openly. Therapy works best when you feel understood and comfortable.

3rd - Personalised Therapy:

Each session is tailored to your needs and pace. Together, we explore your past experiences and identify practical ways to help you make sense of what’s happening in your life.

4th - Ongoing Support:

Sessions are 50 minutes and typically take place weekly. Consistency allows deeper work and real progress.
